How do we book a tour with you?

​Do you offer hourly events rather than full-day events?
Yes! We are able to host events lasting less than 6 hours at an hourly rate, rather than requiring a full day’s rental.

Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?
We do require a deposit and contracted agreement in order to book. The deposit will be 30% of the total amount for all your selections, including your security deposit and tax.

Do you require a security deposit?
A $1,000 security deposit is required in addition to your other expenses, but will not be taxed. This deposit is refunded 7–14 business days after your event, assuming no damages or contract breaches occurred.
What is your max capacity?
Maximum capacity is 300 guests, including seating in our main ballroom, barroom, and additional covered patio seating.

Can I bring in outside alcohol?
No. Outside alcohol brought in by yourself or your guests will forfeit your security deposit and the event will be ended immediately.

What type of payments are accepted?
We accept Cash, Check, or Card payments. Checks should be made payable to: Rio Event Center.

What time can we stay until?
All guests must be out of the building by 12:00 midnight.​
How does cleanup work?
Our staff will pick up and dispose of all trash at the end of the night. Any items brought in for your event, such as decorations or food, must be removed immediately after the event—unless an alternative plan is discussed with your event coordinator in advance.

Do you provide tables for food, desserts, or gifts?
Yes, we are able to provide covered tables for any additional needs such as food, desserts, or gift displays.

How many tables and chairs are required?
Each of our round tables seats 8 guests. The amount of tables and chairs you’ll need will be determined and agreed upon prior to signing your contract.​
Do you provide silverware, cups, and plates?
No, we do not provide silverware, plates, or cups.

What types of events can be hosted by Rio Event Center?
We host a wide range of events—from Weddings and Quinceañeras to Business Conferences and Showers. For smaller or shorter events, ask about our hourly pricing options.
